When the error or pop-up message appears on your screen “ink absorber is full”. Your printer needs to reset. Here’s how to fix it!
Hardware Reset
Note: Don’t turn off the printer after hardware reset, then proceed to next step
Software Reset
Click here to download the utilty
Hardware Reset
- Unplug the POWER cable and USB Cable
- Open printer cover and Hold power button
- Plug the POWER Cord Cable while holding the power button
- Close printer cover
- Release the Power Button
- Turn on the printer, it should be no blinking anymore
Note: Don’t turn off the printer after hardware reset, then proceed to next step
Software Reset
- Connect the USB cable
- Open “General Tools″
- choose the USB PORT
- Choose SET DESTINATION – 1
