When the error or pop-up message appears on your screen “ink absorber is full”. Your printer needs to reset.  Here’s how to fix it!

Hardware Reset

• Unplug the POWER cable and USB Cable


• Open printer cover and Hold power button


• Plug the POWER Cord Cable while holding the power button


• Close printer cover


• Release the Power Button


• Turn on the printer, it should be no blinking anymore

Note: Don’t turn off the printer after hardware reset, then proceed to next step

Software Reset

• Connect the USB cable


• Open “General Tools″


• choose the USB PORT


• Choose SET DESTINATION – 1
